We, the Hotel Gratkorn, are an unregistered sole proprietorship. The owner of the hotel is Mrs. Sophie Sint. The commercial manager is Mr. Mathias Sint.

We would like to point out that your data will be stored for the purpose of the inquiry and / or reservation.

The data you provide (first name, last name, telephone number, address) are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract (the reservation or inquiry) with you. There is no data transfer to third parties. If you transmit your credit card details to us, they will be treated confidentially and securely, the credit card details will only be used for the purpose of debiting the total or partial amount of the reservation, provided you have given your consent. In addition, the data will be forwarded to our tax advisor for our tax obligations.

After canceling / canceling your reservation, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
