If you contact us via the "Check In" form on the website, by phone or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Data storage

We would like to point out that your data will be stored for the purpose of the inquiry and / or reservation.

The data you provide (first name, last name, telephone number, address) are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract (the reservation or inquiry) with you. There is no data transfer to third parties. If you transmit your credit card details to us, they will be treated confidentially and securely, the credit card details will only be used for the purpose of debiting the total or partial amount of the reservation, provided you have given your consent. In addition, the data will be forwarded to our tax advisor for our tax obligations.

After canceling / canceling your reservation, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
